Inbound Marketing Strategist

In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing inbound marketing campaigns that make it rain. You are responsible for assessing clients needs and creating an inbound marketing plan to address their challenges, marketing and sales objectives.
The candidate will report directly to one of Jul Creative's Senior Inbound Marketing Strategists and will be responsible for:
- Managing clients’ social media accounts and growing social media reach
- Leveraging social networks to enhance campaign performance
- Serving as a thought leader and sharing your ideas by creating content for Quintain’s blog
- Editing other writers’ content and formatting it for publication on clients’ blogs
- Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation
- Contributing to long-form content projects such as ebooks and whitepapers
- Conducting analytical projects to improve the results our clients get from their marketing strategies
- Developing and implementing keyword strategies to improve online ranking and traffic
- Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting
- Optimizing lead nurturing campaigns
- Producing and promoting webinars
- Creating and optimizing landing pages
- Understanding and creating content that aligns with our clients’ buyer personas’ interests and needs
- Updating client websites
- Supporting the Senior Account Manager in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports summarizing our clients’ marketing performance
Primary Responsibilites
- Manage the development, delivery and execution of customized digital marketing efforts for clients that address sales, marketing and lead nurturing funnel goals.
- Leverage social media, SEO, SEM, eMail, content development, advertising, and more.
- Direct activities for specific accounts on a daily basis:
- Act as main customer contact.
- Organize and prioritize projects with cross functional teams for Social Media, SEO, SEM, eMail, and content creation.
- Set project timelines and milestones.
- Manage all database segmentation to accurately target audiences.
- Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve each digital channel as well as customer account performance.
- Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Manage campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts while reinforcing customer brand, presence and voice.
- Partner closely with sales team on project kickoffs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience setting marketing strategy for B2B businesses
- Deep knowledge of digital/new media marketing techniques.
- Natural leader
- Creative thinker, who is an assertive problem solver with an analytical mind
- Experience targeting specific goals, focused metrics and KPIs when setting strategy.
- High proficiency with best practices for SEO, social media, email marketing, and blog writing
- Knowledge of Hubspot and the manufacturing industry a strong plus.
Primary Responsibilities:

Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns for a portfolio of 4 to 6 clients with one client being Jul's own marketing campaigns

Identify customers business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics

Craft the messaging strategy for all of your clients

Delight customers and develop deep relationships with retainer customers and ensure ongoing customer success

Build and nurture relationships with company partners

Identify, track, interpret, translate and present campaign data into action-orientated strategies designed to increase open rates, Call-To-Actions and conversions

Make recommendations based on data to address key business and marketing challenges

Increase client revenue by making recommendations that fulfill the clients needs, objectives and goals

Create and manage lifecyle marketing and email campaigns and strategies

Promote and maintain inbound/hubspot best practices while also keeping current with the Inbound Methodology and marketing trends

Regulary perform client Hubspot portal audits to identify areas of opportunity
